Step 1. CLIENT INTAKE FORM
You will need to fill and submit a Questionnaire/ Client intake form to ensure we are a good fit
Step 2. SCHEDULE
Before your first meeting with your designer. we would like you to think about what you will like your space to look like. Are you planning to demo existing structure, move walls, replace cabinets, countertops renovate your entire space, or simply spruce and update your current space with a fresh new look? we would like you to think about your budget, what you are willing to invest in your renovation project. if you have photos/images or general measurements of your existing space, it will be beneficial in the initial consultation.
we would love to get to know your style, visualization for your project so Inspirational images pulled from Instagram, magazines and Pinterest are incredibly helpful for your designer to understand your aesthetic – whether its Traditional, contemporary, Modern, farmhouse, transitional, or European, we can make it happen, but we would need to understand your style and know what you love.
Step 2. DESIGN & REVIEW
This is after you have had your initial consultation meeting with your designer and agreed on a budget, your designer will schedule a visit to your home to take photos, gather measurements, and will discuss your all needs in more detail. your designer will use information gathered to create drawings of your project floorplan, recommended new layout of your new kitchen or bathroom, and create to-scale elevations, 3d renderings of your new space. At Your next meeting, your designer will present you with a curated selection of items and price you will need to complete your project. this may include your flooring material, cabinet color, cabinet door styles, kitchen or bathroom hardware options, countertops and tiles. we will ensure that all of these materials will all coordinate perfectly to your desired final look. You will be involved in every step and approve everything along the way, with no hidden surprises.
Step 4. PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
Once you have approved all designs and prices with your designer, we will build a detailed contract that includes the entire scope of work, and timeframe target for your project. We will review it together with you and answer any questions you may have about the renovation process. after we are all in agreement on the project scope, timeframe and estimate, the contract will be signed and we will proceed with the deposit. Following this meeting, we will order your cabinetry and other items needed for this project, and set an estimated project start date.
Step 5. Pre-Construction Meeting
Before demolition or installation day, Your designer will meet with you to finalize any details and all logistics, such as delivery of products, access to your home, who to expect and when, etc. At this meeting, we will answer Any questions you have about the construction and install process.
Step 6. Construction, Installation, and Final Review
Your designer/ Project manager will come by often to follow up and check on the progress to ensure your project is being done according to your expectations. Based on your project scope, the project phase can be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
Step 7. Once we have completed, we will perform a final walk-though of your space to assure satisfaction of the project’s outcome. We will also follow up with you a few weeks after completion, to make sure you are happy with your project and offer any support as needed.
